# Organization shape

> The flat organization record returned wherever Momentra includes an org.

Wherever a response includes an organization — `search_businesses`,
`search_business_events`, `list_orgs`, a `fetch` of an `org:` id, matched orgs in
`search`/`matching_orgs`, or the ZeroClick business routes — it is returned as a
flat record. Fields appear only when available.

```json theme={null}
{
  "id": "org:9bdc8aa1…",
  "orgId": "9bdc8aa1…",
  "domain": "montshire.org",
  "url": "https://montshire.org",
  "name": "Montshire Museum of Science",
  "description": "A nonprofit science museum.",
  "indexStatus": "ok",
  "address": "1 Montshire Road, Norwich, VT 05055",
## Field notes
* `id` / `orgId` / `domain` / `url` — stable identity.
* `name`, `description`, `address`, `phone`, `email`, `socials[]` (`{type,
  url}`), `eventCount` — included when available.
* `indexStatus` — `"ok"` when the last crawl produced events, `"no_events_found"`
  when it came back empty (a `no_events_found` org is re-crawled by the next
  index).
* `address` is a single line; the organization's own site is preferred, with a
  more complete third-party address used only as a fallback.
<Note>
  On MCP, fetching an `org:<orgId>` id also returns a curated brand subset and
  location/parking under `metadata.organization` (address, latitude, longitude,
  parking, title, description, slogan, industries, logos, socials, links,
  primaryLanguage), alongside the events summary in `text`.
